Ruurt Stapel is the Manager Finance and IT of R.S.T. He has many years of experience in heading Financial- and IT-departments and large worldwide projects. He was an employee of Shell and Akzo Nobel, and one of the founders of EJOKRAS in 1982, the predesessor of RST.
